Corey Sutton will be traded

Kansas Condition coach Bill Snyder released WR Corey Sutton from his scholarship Friday to permit the sophomore to transfer, reversing a questionable decision that introduced heavy critique now around the 77-year-old coach.

Based on Sutton, Snyder initially denied Sutton a release to transfer to the of 35 schools that they posted towards the coach, none which were Big 12 teams or future Kansas Condition opponents. Snyder defended the choice Thursday and says Sutton had unsuccessful two drug tests. The college announced a complete release for Sutton on Friday, however, and Snyder apologized for his remarks Richard Urena Jersey.

"I must apologize to Corey and the family in my remarks (Thursday) night which incorporated sensitive and information," Snyder mentioned. "I spoke from line as well as for which i express a sincere regret in my comments."

Sutton caught four passes for 54 yards like a KSU newcomer this past year.

"After getting further dialogue with Coach Snyder and also the Sutton family, we still find it in everyone's welfare to allow Corey his full release," KSU Sports Director Gene Taylor mentioned on Friday. "You want Corey the very best because he continues his sports and academic career."
